Our founder, Keith Payne, has over 34 years of experience as a California state-licensed administrator of residential care facilities for the elderly (RCFE). He is also a certified director of assisted living (CDAL) and a certified dementia practitioner (CDP).

Keith Payne is an experienced leader in senior living, with over 34 years in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities in Northern and Southern California. He began his career in 1991 by opening a six-bed board and care home at the age of 23, which he successfully operated for 13 years.
Keith excels in guiding management teams to prioritize first impressions, customer service, and quality care. He has a proven track record of increasing profitability, maintaining budget control, and transforming negative NOI trends to positive. His skills in negotiating service contracts and effective staff management have led to significant financial improvements.
Keith is knowledgeable in California Title 22 regulations and holds several certifications, including R.C.F.E. Administrator, Certified Director of Assisted Living, and Certified Dementia Practitioner. He has also served as an expert witness in legal cases related to senior living facilities.
Keith is passionate about training teams and helping individuals discover their talents.
